Dr. Duggal graduated from the University of Delhi in Delhi, India and received his medical degree from Maulana Azad Medical College, University of Delhi, Delhi, India. He did his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Delhi.
Upon Dr. Duggal's arrival to the USA, he did an additional Diagnostic Radiology residency at Penn State University Medical Center, Hershey, PA and a Fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland, OH. Dr. Duggal is board certified with the American Board of Radiology and holds an added ABR certificate of special competence in Nuclear Radiology.
His areas of interest include MRI, Mammography and PET scans.
